Per4mance is my service forged through 22years experience coaching and 16 years Personal training in the sports industry.The fitness industry is a complex network of fads, misinformation and dangerous diet plans, many of which I have unfortunatley tried. Having crossed the fitness minefield, I went on to source evidence-based training methods through a degree in strength and conditioning. I aim to empower my clients with knowledge, not fitness apps and bullshit celebrity-endorsments.
I have a BSc Honours degree in Strength and Conditioning, Nutritionist Mac Nutrition University, MSc in Strength and Conditioning (on going), CSCS Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist completing (2024). I’m also a level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettle bell instructor, circuit training instructor and have many CPD qualifications to include. Per4mance is for anybody who has their own personal objective and no matter how big or small, it needs a plan in order to account for your progress and not lose sight of your goals.
Every training program is suited to the individual and with the right schedule, testing and program whether you are full-time, part-time or bench pressing 5 kids at home. If it’s strength, conditioning, home workouts or nutrition then I can create a bespoke training program to suit any situation.
